Veterinary medication can only be ordered if your pet has been seen by a veterinarian at Huntingdale Veterinary Centre for a consultation. Only certain medication can be dispensed on an ongoing basis and for a maximum of 6 months since your pets last visit. Some medication cannot be dispensed without consultation and some medications require regular (more frequent than 6 monthly) ongoing visits.
Completing this form does not guarantee you order will be filled. A veterinarian will assess your pet's history with us and determine if you are able to have your request filled.
