Veterinary medication can only be ordered if your pet has been seen by a veterinarian at Huntingdale Veterinary Centre for a consultation. Only certain medication can be dispensed on an ongoing basis and for a maximum of 6 months since your pets last visit. Some medication cannot be dispensed without consultation and some medications require regular (more frequent than 6 monthly) ongoing visits.
Completing this form does not guarantee you order will be filled. A veterinarian will assess your pet’s history with us and determine if you are able to have your request filled.

Payment can be made at time of collection. It is our preference that your credit card details are kept on our secure database so that your medication can be processed prior to collection.
